Management is an applied science and art. It is not only about doing but beingness too. Who are you being while carrying out a management function determines the quality and quantity of your results. This is one discipline where all has changed while basic principles still remain the same. “Why some companies do better than others”? “Why a manager or leader does better than the other”? These questions can be examined from innumerable angles of perception.
My interest is to bring to the management discipline the “beingness aspect”rather than just refine the “doing”. My attempt will help the readers to transform their management skills and thus the productivity and satisfaction levels by a huge factor; a progression of a large multiplier rather than linear.
